Hand-embroidered do-rukha rumals
Not a shop but a set of training centres and producer groups, including a long-running programme run with the Delhi Crafts Council. A genuine rumal takes months and is identical on both faces — turning it over is the only test a buyer needs.
Chamba chappal
A handful of families still stitch the embroidered leather slipper by hand in the lanes below the Chaugan. Machine-made lookalikes are sold on the same street, and the sole stitching is where they differ.

Red and green chukh
Women's producer groups in the district have been making chukh to a standardised recipe since the 2000s; the red is smokier because its chillies are sun-dried, the green sharper and more citric.
Bhaderwah Rajmash
Since the 2023 geographical indication the growers sell under the registered name. The beans are small and dark; anything large and glossy is from the plains.
