- Bhuj Airport (BHJ) — Domestic flights from Mumbai and Delhi; about 5 km from the town.
- Kandla Airport (IXY) — At Gandhidham, serving the port and industrial belt in the east of the region.
- Ahmedabad (AMD) — About 330 km from Bhuj and the practical gateway if the flight schedule from Bhuj does not suit; an overnight train or a six-hour drive from there.
रेल मार्ग
- Bhuj (BHUJ) — The line's terminus, with overnight services from Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Delhi.
- Gandhidham Junction (GIMB) — The busier junction, for the eastern towns and the Little Rann approach.
- Bhachau — For the Rapar and Dholavira road.
- Anjar — For the Jesal–Toral samadhis and the metalwork trade.

Chhakdos — locally assembled three-wheelers built around motorcycle engines — and shared jeeps do most village transport, with state buses between the towns. A hired car is effectively necessary for the Rann and for the craft villages, which are scattered across a district the size of a small state. Entry to parts of the Rann requires a permit, obtained at Bhuj or at the check post on the Khavda road; carry photo identification.
