- Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi (DEL) — The gateway for the whole Upper Doab.
- Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Lucknow (LKO) — The practical airport for Kanpur and the eastern Doab.
- Prayagraj Airport (IXD) — Limited but expanding service; capacity is raised for Kumbh years.
- Kanpur Airport (Chakeri) (KNU) — A small civil enclave with a handful of flights.
रेल मार्ग
- Kanpur Central (CNB) — One of the busiest junctions in India; almost every Delhi–Howrah train stops here.
- Prayagraj Junction (PRYJ) — The Kumbh railhead, with several secondary stations opened for the mela.
- Meerut City (MTC) — Now also served by the Delhi–Meerut Namo Bharat regional rail corridor.
- Aligarh Junction (ALJN)
- Tundla Junction (TDL) — The junction for Firozabad and the Agra connection.

स्थानीय आवाजाही
Trains and shared vehicles between the district towns, which are close together and well connected. Delhi to Meerut is under an hour on the regional rapid line; Kanpur to Prayagraj is about four hours by road. During the Kumbh, Prayagraj is run as a closed traffic zone and everything is walked.
